The integrated furnace control board is the brain of the unit. It sequences the entire heating cycle, energizing the inducer motor, proving the pressure switch, firing the hot surface igniter, opening the gas valve, timing the blower on/off delays, and monitoring the flame sensor and limit switches for safety. This is a single-stage integrated ignition control board with onboard relays for the inducer, hot surface igniter, gas valve, and indoor blower (heat and cool taps), plus an EAC and humidifier terminal set, a diagnostic status LED, and a replaceable 3 to 5 amp blade fuse. It uses the standard 24V thermostat terminal block (R, W, G, Y, C) and is timing-programmed for this furnace family.
