Return Policy
National HVAC Parts offers a 30-day return policy on all OEM HVAC replacement parts.
Uninstalled Parts - Free Returns
If the part has not been installed, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We provide free return shipping - no restocking fee, no questions asked. The part must be in its original, unused condition.
Installed Parts - 15% Restocking Fee
If the part has been installed but needs to be returned (wrong part ordered, issue resolved differently, etc.), a 15% restocking fee applies. The part must be removed, cleaned, and returned in working condition within 30 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
Email info@nationalhvacparts.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for uninstalled parts within 1 business day.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned part. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Electrical parts that show signs of electrical damage, burn marks, or improper installation are not eligible for return. Custom-ordered or special-order parts are final sale.
