1. The Fitment Guarantee

If a part does not fit the model number stated on its product page, we make it right at zero cost to you:

• Free prepaid return shipping label — we pay the postage
• Full refund, including your original shipping
• No restocking fee

To qualify: contact us within 30 days of delivery, and the part must be uninstalled and in its original packaging. Email info@nationalhvacparts.com with your order number and your unit's model number (a photo of the nameplate works great) and we'll email your prepaid label.

2. Standard 30-Day Returns

Ordered the wrong part yourself, or changed your mind? No problem — return any uninstalled, unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. For standard returns, return shipping is paid by the customer and original shipping charges are not refunded. No restocking fees.

3. Installed Parts

For safety and resale integrity, parts that have been installed, wired, or energized cannot be returned under either policy above. This is standard across the HVAC parts industry — once a capacitor, board, motor, or any electrical component has seen power, it cannot be resold as new.

4. Defective Parts

Genuinely defective parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (typically 1 year). Contact us and we'll coordinate the warranty claim — approved claims receive a replacement part with outbound shipping on us.

How to Start Any Return

Email info@nationalhvacparts.com with your order number. We respond fast, usually within a few hours during business hours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 4–5 business days of receiving your return.
