OEM Carrier Dual Pressure Switch Assembly HK06NB021 for Model PG95SAS60120DAAA
This OEM dual pressure switch assembly is the factory-specified replacement for the Carrier PG95SAS60120DAAA 95% AFUE gas furnace. The pressure switch is a critical safety component that proves the inducer motor is operating at the correct RPM and generating sufficient negative pressure (vacuum) before allowing the ignition sequence to proceed. When either switch fails, the furnace control board detects an open pressure switch circuit and locks out the system — resulting in no heat, a blinking fault code, or a furnace that attempts to start and immediately shuts down before ignition.

Specs: Dual pressure switch assembly | Two switches included, each with 1 hose port and 2 wire terminals | Factory-matched W.C. (water column) setpoints | Fits natural gas and LP configurations | OEM part HK06NB021, superseded by HK06MB021; includes gas pressure switch HK02LB008

OEM vs Generic: OEM switches are calibrated to exact factory W.C. trip points for the PG95SAS60120DAAA inducer assembly. Aftermarket units frequently carry wider pressure tolerances, risking nuisance lockouts or — more critically — unsafe flue conditions that a mismatched switch may fail to detect.

Install difficulty: 3/5 — Shut off gas and power at the disconnect before beginning. Tools needed: 1/4" and 5/16" nut drivers, needle-nose pliers, flathead screwdriver, and a digital manometer to verify W.C. readings post-installation. Always label and photograph hose routing and wire terminals before disconnecting. Check inducer hose for cracks or blockages while the cabinet is open.

Warranty: 1-year OEM factory warranty against defects. Ships same business day from our warehouse when ordered by 3 PM local time.
Compatibility: Designed specifically for the Carrier PG95SAS60120DAAA 95% AFUE single-stage gas furnace. Also fits Bryant and Payne models sharing the same inducer/pressure switch assembly. Verify your existing switch hose port count and wire terminal configuration against your unit's wiring diagram before ordering.
