This is the factory OEM replacement gas valve for the Carrier PG8MEA060135ACJA 80% AFUE gas furnace. The combination gas valve controls all natural gas flow into the burner assembly — it receives a 24V signal from the furnace control board, opens to allow gas to the burners, and maintains regulated outlet pressure at a factory-set 3.5" water column.
