The customer asks "how much?" while you're still wiping your hands. What happens in the next five minutes decides the job. Here's the two-minute workflow we built the free Quote Builder around:
Minute one: the lines
- + Part (catalog) — type "45/5 capacitor", tap the match. The line lands with the real store price as your cost; the customer price defaults to cost ×2.
- + Labor — hours × your rate (prefilled from settings).
- + Fee — diagnostic, trip charge, editable.
Minute two: price and present
Tap a markup preset (×1.5 to ×3) to reprice every part at once — the margin line updates live, visible only to you. Tax computes on parts (with a toggle for states that tax labor). Then either Print / Save PDF for a clean black-on-white quote with your company name, license, terms and a signature line — or Copy as text straight into a text message.
What the customer sees vs what you see
| You see | They see |
|---|---|
| Your cost, margin per line, total margin | Clean line items at your prices |
| Win rate and won-value stats | Your company header and license |
| Markup buttons | A signature line |
The part techs ask: the catch?
There isn't one — quotes save to your phone's storage; we never see them, and there's no account to make. We sell parts. If real pricing at your fingertips makes us your supplier, that's the whole business model, in the open.
