The Goodman 10254303 is the genuine OEM rubber coupling and sealing grommet used on GMH950905CXAB 95% AFUE condensing gas furnaces. This flexible molded seal joins condensate drain and trap connections, providing a leak-tight, vibration-tolerant link between components. In a high-efficiency furnace that continuously drains acidic condensate, a fresh, pliable coupling is essential to prevent slow leaks that can damage the control board, drip onto the blower, or trigger nuisance pressure-switch faults.
The genuine OEM coupling is molded to the exact inside diameter and durometer of the Goodman fitting, so it slips on and seals without clamping tricks. Generic hardware-store hose fits an approximate size and often weeps or slips off under condensate flow. At this price, there is no reason not to use the correct OEM seal.
