The Goodman 10254303 is a genuine OEM flexible rubber coupling used to join and seal condensate, drain, and hose connections inside the AMH950904CXAB high-efficiency gas furnace. On condensing furnaces the acidic condensate produced during combustion must be routed tightly and leak-free; this molded rubber coupling provides a vibration-tolerant, watertight connection between tubing and the drain trap or collector box. It is compatible with a range of Goodman and Amana 90%+ AFUE furnaces that share this drain architecture.
The OEM coupling is molded to the exact inner and outer diameters of the furnace's drain tubing, so it seats fully and clamps without leaking. Generic rubber couplings often differ slightly in bore size, leading to slow condensate drips that can trigger the pressure switch or cause water damage. For a few dollars, the factory part removes that risk.
