The 0130F00010S is a genuine OEM flame sensor engineered for the Goodman/Amana AMH81405DXCE gas furnace and many compatible 80% and 90%+ AFUE models. This rod-style sensor completes the flame-rectification circuit that tells the control board a stable flame is present after ignition. A dirty, cracked, or worn sensor is the single most common cause of a furnace that lights and then shuts down after a few seconds (short cycling on flame loss).
This is a true OEM Goodman component built to factory tolerances for exact fit and correct microamp signal output. Generic universal sensors often require bracket modification and can produce weak or unstable flame signals that trigger nuisance lockouts. For dependable operation, the OEM part is the recommended choice.
A typical DIY repair — remove one mounting screw, unplug the spade connector, and swap. Always shut off power and gas before servicing. Light cleaning of a reused sensor with fine abrasive pad can help, but replacement is best when the rod is pitted or oxidized.
