The Goodman 0130F00010S flame sensor is a direct-fit replacement for the AMEC960303ANAA gas furnace and compatible Goodman/Amana models. This single-rod flame-rectification sensor confirms that the burner has ignited and continuously proves flame presence to the control board. A weak, corroded, or oxidized flame sensor is one of the most common causes of a furnace that lights briefly and then shuts down (short cycling) — replacing it restores reliable, safe heating cycles.
The OEM Goodman sensor uses the exact rod length, angle, and alloy the control board expects for a stable microamp signal. The Generic option is a cost-effective, quality-matched equivalent for routine replacement. Both re-establish proper flame proving.
Easy (1/5). Cut power to the furnace, remove the single mounting screw, unplug the sensor wire, and install the new rod in the same position within the burner flame path. Do not touch the rod with bare fingers. If replacing an old sensor, cleaning alone often only helps temporarily — a fresh sensor is the durable fix.
Compatible with AMEC960303ANAA. Confirm your model and part number before ordering.
