The Goodman 20214203 Drain Angle is a genuine OEM condensate elbow fitting designed for the AMVM960805CXBA high-efficiency modulating furnace. This angled connector redirects condensate flow around the furnace cabinet's internal components, joining the collector box or heat-exchanger drain to the condensate hose at the precise angle the unit requires. A correct, sealed angle fitting keeps water off the burners, gas valve, and control board.
The OEM 20214203 is molded to the exact angle and barb diameters of the AMVM960 drain system, seating fully for a leak-tight joint. Generic PVC elbows rarely match the factory port geometry and often need adapters or sealant, creating a common leak point. The genuine part restores the original drain path with no modification.
