The Goodman 20201802 Drain Hose Tube is a genuine OEM condensate drain component designed for the Amana/Goodman AMS951155DXAB high-efficiency gas furnace. In a 95%+ AFUE condensing furnace, the secondary heat exchanger produces acidic condensate that must be routed cleanly to the drain trap and out of the cabinet. This factory-shaped hose ensures the correct length, bend radius, and slip-fit connections so water flows freely without kinks, sags, or leaks.
OEM vs. Generic: Because condensate routing inside these furnaces is tight and cabinet-specific, the OEM 20201802 is pre-cut and pre-formed to seat on the factory fittings without trimming.
