On a condensing furnace, the secondary heat exchanger and collector box produce acidic condensate that must be carried away cleanly. This molded hose tube routes that condensate from the collector box assembly to the trap and drain line without kinking, sagging, or leaking — protecting the cabinet, control board, and surrounding components from moisture damage.
