The Goodman 20197308 is a genuine OEM air-proving pressure switch for the GMV950453BXAB 96% AFUE two-stage variable-speed gas furnace. This normally-open switch closes at a set-point of -0.10 in. WC, confirming the inducer draft and clear venting before the ignition sequence proceeds. If the switch cannot prove pressure, the control board halts ignition — a critical safety function that prevents unsafe firing.
