You are responsible for verifying that parts are compatible with your equipment before ordering. Our Part Finder and compatibility guides are provided as aids, not guarantees. When in doubt, consult your equipment's service manual or call us at 1-800-NHP-HVAC. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect part selection.
OEM parts carry the original manufacturer's warranty. Aftermarket parts carry a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, fulfilled by National HVAC Parts. Warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, improper use, or unauthorized modification.
Our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages including lost profits, equipment damage, or labor costs, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Net 30 payment terms are available to approved trade accounts. Invoices not paid within 30 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee. We reserve the right to suspend credit terms for delinquent accounts. See our Trade Account page for full details.
