This precision-drilled brass fitting threads into the gas manifold and meters the exact fuel flow into each in-shot burner. The drill size is matched to the furnace's BTU input and elevation rating, so using the correct orifice is critical for a clean blue flame, proper combustion, and safe CO levels.
