The Goodman B1392143 is a genuine OEM rubber motor mount grommet (vibration isolator) for the Goodman/Amana WPC4336AHAA packaged air conditioner. These small but essential isolators cushion the motor where it bolts to its bracket or band, absorbing vibration so it isn't transmitted into the cabinet as noise and so the motor mounts aren't subjected to metal-to-metal fatigue. Over years of operation rubber grommets dry out, crack, and compress — leading to a noisier unit, loose motor mounting, and premature wear. Replacing them with fresh OEM grommets is one of the cheapest ways to keep the blower section quiet and secure.
The OEM B1392143 is molded to Goodman's exact diameter, groove width, and durometer so it seats firmly in the mounting band and provides the intended amount of isolation.
