The Goodman 10123529 is a genuine OEM manual-reset limit (rollout/high-limit) switch designed for VCES800804BXAA gas furnaces and compatible Goodman/Amana models. This is a critical safety control: it senses excessive temperature at the burner box or heat exchanger and instantly opens the gas circuit to shut the furnace down, protecting against flame rollout and overheating.
