In condensing furnaces, the secondary heat exchanger produces acidic condensate that must be routed cleanly to the drain assembly. This molded hose tube carries that condensate from the collector box to the drain trap, and a cracked, brittle, or clogged hose is a leading cause of nuisance lockouts, water pooling, and pressure-switch faults.
The OEM 20201901 is molded to the exact bend radius and port diameters of the Goodman collector box, so it seats without kinks or leaks.
