The Goodman 20214203 is a genuine OEM condensate drain angle engineered for the GMV950453BXBB variable-speed gas furnace and other GMV95-series high-efficiency models. In a 90%+ AFUE condensing furnace, the drain angle directs acidic condensate away from the heat exchanger and secondary coil toward the drain trap. A cracked, brittle, or misaligned drain angle is a common source of water pooling in the burner compartment and nuisance pressure-switch lockouts.
Our OEM option is the factory Goodman part, guaranteed to seat correctly against the collector box and match the original drain routing. A Generic equivalent costs less but may require trimming or extra sealant and is not covered under Goodman warranty. For a leak-free condensate path, the OEM part is the safe choice.
