The Goodman M0570808 Button Plug is a genuine OEM snap-in cabinet plug designed for the AMEC960402BNAC gas furnace and compatible Goodman/Amana models. It seals unused knockouts and access holes in the furnace cabinet, blocking conditioned-air leakage and keeping debris, pests, and dust out of the burner compartment. A properly sealed cabinet also helps maintain the correct combustion-air and draft characteristics the furnace was certified for.
This is a factory OEM Goodman part, molded to the exact diameter and retention-tab geometry of the original.
