The Goodman B1370154 Rollout Limit Switch is a factory safety control for GMP075-3 gas furnaces. Mounted at the burner box, it opens the ignition circuit and shuts off the gas valve if flames roll out of the combustion chamber — protecting the heat exchanger, cabinet, and your home from overheating. A tripped or failed rollout switch is one of the most common causes of a furnace that ignites, then immediately shuts down on a safety lockout.
This is the genuine Goodman OEM part, calibrated to the exact 350°F trip point your furnace was engineered for. Generic replacements often use loose temperature tolerances that trip early (nuisance shutdowns) or late (reduced protection). For a life-safety component, matching the OEM spec is strongly recommended.
A basic 15-minute repair for most DIYers. Disconnect furnace power, unplug the two spade terminals, remove the mounting screws, install the new switch in the same orientation, and reconnect. Always confirm the root cause of a rollout trip (blocked flue, cracked heat exchanger, or dirty burners) before returning the unit to service.
Genuine Goodman part shipped fast from National HVAC Parts.
