The genuine Goodman B1370145 is a 300°F flame-rollout limit switch — a critical safety device on your AMH80903BNAC furnace. Mounted at the burner box, it trips and cuts gas/ignition if flames roll out of the combustion chamber (usually from a blocked heat exchanger or venting). A tripped or failed rollout switch is a common no-heat cause. Always replace with the correct OEM temperature rating.
Because this is a life-safety component, the trip point must be exact. The OEM B1370145 is calibrated to 300°F and mounts with the factory bracket spacing. Substituting a switch with the wrong temperature rating can defeat the safety function — OEM is strongly recommended and often required by code.
A 10–15 minute repair: disconnect the two spade terminals, remove the mounting screws, install the new switch, and reconnect. Investigate why it tripped before restarting. Shut off gas and power before servicing.
