The B1370145 is a genuine OEM 300°F flame rollout limit switch for the Goodman GMNT100-4 gas furnace. This is a safety-critical component: it monitors the burner area for flame rollout caused by a blocked flue, cracked heat exchanger, or restricted combustion air, and shuts down the furnace before an unsafe condition develops. A tripped or failed rollout switch is a common cause of a furnace that lights briefly then locks out on "no heat."
Because this is a safety device, we strongly recommend the genuine OEM B1370145 — it is calibrated to the exact 300°F trip point the furnace control expects. Generic 300°F switches exist but should match trip temperature, mounting, and terminal style precisely; never substitute a different temperature rating on a safety limit.
A quick two-wire, single-fastener swap. Shut off power and gas, unplug the two terminals, remove the mounting screw, and install the replacement. Important: if a rollout switch has tripped, diagnose and correct the root cause (flue blockage, heat exchanger, combustion air) before returning the furnace to service.
Fits Goodman GMNT100-4. In stock and ready to ship.
