The Goodman B1370145 Flame Rollout Limit Switch is a factory-specified safety control for the DMS80904BNA 80% gas furnace and many compatible Goodman/Amana models. Mounted on the burner assembly, this normally-closed manual-reset switch opens at 300°F to shut off the gas valve if flame rolls out of the burner box — protecting the heat exchanger and your home from overheating.
Our OEM Goodman switch matches the exact trip point, bracket geometry, and terminal spacing specified by the manufacturer — no re-wiring or bending required. Generic aftermarket rollout switches may nuisance-trip or fail to trip at the rated temperature, creating a genuine safety risk on a flame-sensing control. For a component this critical, we recommend OEM.
Easy (1/5). Two spade terminals and a single mounting screw. Power down the furnace at the breaker, note wire positions, swap the switch, and restore power. Most installs take under 10 minutes. If the switch keeps tripping after replacement, have a technician inspect the heat exchanger and venting.
