The Goodman B1370145 is a factory-OEM rollout limit switch engineered for the Amana/Goodman AMH80704BNAA gas furnace. Mounted on the burner box, this flame-rollout safety senses abnormal heat caused by a blocked heat exchanger or restricted flue and cuts power to the gas valve to prevent unsafe operation. Replacing a tripped or aged rollout switch restores your furnace's built-in safety chain.
Our genuine OEM Goodman switch is calibrated to the exact 300°F trip point specified by the manufacturer, guaranteeing the furnace's safety logic behaves as designed. Generic aftermarket switches often drift on trip temperature and can cause nuisance lockouts or, worse, fail to trip. For a UL-listed safety component, OEM is the recommended choice.
Difficulty: Easy (DIY-friendly). Power off the furnace at the disconnect, unplug the two spade terminals, remove the mounting screws, and swap in the new switch. Typical install time is under 10 minutes. Always verify with a manometer or licensed tech that the underlying cause of a rollout trip is corrected before returning the unit to service.
