Overview
This OEM control transformer steps 208/230V line power down to the 24V control voltage that runs your ICP system's thermostat, contactor coil, gas valve, and control board. Rated at 40VA, it provides the steady low-voltage supply the control circuit needs to operate safely and reliably. The kit includes the matching 24V terminal barrier (OEM 1176032) used to land and protect the secondary wiring. When a transformer fails, the entire low-voltage control side goes dead: the thermostat screen blanks, the contactor will not pull in, and the system simply will not start even though high-voltage power is present at the unit.

Installation Guide
- Safety First — Disconnect power at the unit disconnect and breaker, then verify zero voltage with a multimeter on both line and low-voltage terminals.
- Access — Remove the service/control panel to reach the transformer.
- Document — Photograph all primary and secondary wire connections before disconnecting.
- Remove — Label and disconnect the 208/230V primary and 24V secondary leads, then unbolt the old transformer and barrier from the panel.
- Install — Mount the new transformer and 24V barrier, then reconnect each lead exactly per your photo, matching primary and secondary taps.
- Test — Restore power and confirm 24V across the secondary and normal system startup.
