Installation Guide
- Safety First — Disconnect power at the disconnect and breaker, then verify zero voltage with a multimeter on both line and low-voltage terminals.
- Access — Remove the control-panel service panel to expose the transformer and wiring barrier.
- Document — Photograph all primary and secondary wires before disconnecting.
- Remove — Disconnect the primary leads matched to your supply voltage, the 24V secondary leads, and unbolt the transformer from the panel; transfer the barrier if reusing landing terminals.
- Install — Mount the new transformer, land the correct primary taps for 208V or 230V, and reconnect the 24V secondary per your photo.
- Test — Restore power and confirm 24VAC across the secondary and a normal thermostat call.
