Overview

This OEM control transformer (part number 1540372) converts line voltage into the 24V control power that runs the thermostat, contactor coil, and safety circuits on your ICP RH5320242 system. It takes a 208/240V primary input and outputs 24V on the secondary at 40VA. A failed transformer kills the entire low-voltage control circuit — the thermostat goes blank and the contactor never energizes, so the unit won't start despite having full line voltage. Buzzing, a scorched smell, or a low-voltage fuse that blows repeatedly point to a transformer that has shorted or burned out.

Installation Guide
