Installation Guide
- Safety First — Disconnect power at the furnace switch and breaker; verify zero voltage with a multimeter and shut off the gas supply.
- Access — Remove the furnace service / burner compartment panel.

- Remove — Unplug the igniter connector, unscrew the bracket, and carefully withdraw the old igniter without touching the element.
- Install — Mount the new igniter on bracket 1184324, position it in the burner flame path per your photo, and reconnect the harness. Handle the element by the ceramic base only.
- Test — Restore gas and power, then run a heat cycle and confirm the igniter glows and lights the burners.
