Overview

This OEM control board kit (part 1183618) is the integrated furnace control (IFC) that manages the entire heating sequence on the ICP/Heil/Tempstar RGS300HSFA0AAAA. The board sequences the inducer motor, igniter, gas valve, and blower; monitors the pressure switch and flame sensor for safety; and stores diagnostic fault codes via its LED. When the control board fails, the furnace may not respond to thermostat calls, the blower or inducer may run continuously, or the unit may lock out with no ignition. Boards commonly fail from voltage surges, cracked solder joints, blown onboard fuses, or burned relays. The kit ships with the mounting hardware and instructions needed for a complete swap.
