Overview

This OEM integrated furnace control board kit (part #1183618) is the electronic brain of the ICP/Heil/Tempstar RGS300HDAA0AAAA gas furnace. It manages the complete ignition sequence — inducer startup, hot surface igniter warm-up, gas valve timing, blower fan control, and continuous flame sensing and safety lockout. The board monitors limit switches and pressure switches and will shut the system down if it detects an unsafe condition. When this board fails, the furnace typically will not fire at all, short-cycles, or runs the blower continuously.
