This genuine OEM control board kit (part #1183618) is the integrated furnace control (IFC) brain of the ICP / Tempstar / Heil RGS180LDCA0AAAA. It sequences the ignition, gas valve, inducer, and blower, monitors safeties and flame, and times each heating and cooling cycle. When the board fails you may see blank or flashing diagnostic LEDs, no ignition, a blower that won't start or won't stop, or a furnace that ignores the thermostat entirely.
