This OEM integrated furnace control board kit (part 1183618) is the brain of your ICP / Tempstar / Heil RGS150HFCB0AAAA gas furnace. It sequences the entire heating cycle — energizing the inducer, proving pressure, powering the hot surface igniter, opening the gas valve, confirming flame, and timing the blower on and off delays. It also manages safety lockouts and stores diagnostic flash codes. When the board fails, the furnace may be completely dead, fail to start the ignition sequence, blow cold air, or short-cycle. A board failure is often signaled by a missing or erratic LED diagnostic code, no response to a thermostat call, or burned/scorched traces near the relays.
