Overview

This OEM control board kit (part 1183618) is the brain of the ICP/Tempstar/Heil RGS120LFCA0AAA gas furnace. The integrated furnace control sequences the entire heating cycle: it powers the inducer, proves the pressure switch, energizes the hot surface igniter, opens the gas valve, monitors flame sense, and times the blower on/off delays. It also manages safety lockouts and flashes diagnostic fault codes via its onboard LED. When this board fails, the furnace may be completely dead, stuck on the blower, or lock out mid-cycle with no clear cause.
