Overview

This OEM control board kit (part 1183618) is the direct factory replacement integrated furnace control (IFC) for the ICP / Heil / Tempstar RGS120HFAA0AAA gas furnace. The board is the brain of the furnace: it sequences the inducer, hot surface igniter, gas valve, and blower; monitors the flame sensor and pressure/limit switches; and flashes diagnostic fault codes via its onboard LED. When the board fails — often from a blown onboard fuse, cracked solder, or relay failure — symptoms range from a completely dead furnace to no blower, no ignition, or random short-cycling.
