Overview
This OEM control board kit (part number 1183618) is the brain of your ICP Tempstar/Heil RGS090SRBA0AAA gas furnace. The integrated furnace control manages the entire heating sequence: it reads the thermostat call, runs the inducer and pressure switch proving, energizes the hot surface igniter, opens the gas valve, monitors flame via the flame sensor, and times the blower on/off delays. It also runs continuous safety supervision of the limit and rollout switches. When the board fails, the furnace can go completely dead, fail to start the ignition sequence, run the blower continuously, or throw erratic diagnostic flash codes.
