Installation Guide

- Access — Remove the blower compartment service panel.
- Document — Photograph all wiring, the motor mount orientation, and the blower wheel position before disconnecting.
- Remove — Unplug the motor and control module harness, loosen the blower wheel set screw, remove the mount band/bolts, and slide the motor out.
- Install — Transfer the blower wheel to the new shaft at the same depth, mount the motor module, and reconnect the harness exactly per your photos.
- Test — Restore power, start a call, and confirm smooth ramp-up, correct airflow, and no abnormal noise or vibration.
