Overview

This OEM control board kit (PN 1183618) is the electronic brain of the ICP / Tempstar / Heil RHS150S0AA0AAAA heat pump. It manages defrost timing and termination, compressor and reversing-valve sequencing, fan operation, and low-voltage safety logic. The kit ships with the mounting hardware and connectors needed for a clean swap. When a control board fails, symptoms range from a heat pump stuck in defrost (or never defrosting and icing over), to no compressor operation, to erratic reversing-valve switching between heating and cooling.
