- Access — Remove the air handler blower compartment access panel and slide out the blower assembly.

- Remove — Loosen the blower wheel set screw, disconnect the motor leads, unbolt the motor from the housing, and slide the wheel off the old shaft.
- Install — Mount the new motor module, reinstall the blower wheel at the same shaft depth, retighten the set screw, and reconnect the wiring per your photo.
- Test — Restore power and verify full, smooth airflow on a thermostat call with no abnormal noise or vibration.
