This OEM control transformer (part 1173691) steps the 208/230V line voltage down to the 24V control voltage that powers the thermostat, contactor coil, gas valve, and control board in your ICP WPG3602115RKB1. Rated at 40VA, it supplies enough secondary current for the unit's full low-voltage load. The kit also includes the 24V barrier (part 1176032) that isolates and protects the low-voltage terminals. A failed transformer leaves the system completely dead on the control side — no thermostat response, no contactor pull-in, no ignition.
