Overview
This is an OEM control transformer (Part No. 1173691) with its mounting barrier/insulator (Part No. 1176032) for the ICP / Tempstar / Heil WPG3242060RKB1 packaged gas unit. The transformer steps the 208/230 VAC line voltage down to the 24 VAC low-voltage control power that runs the thermostat, control board, contactor coil, gas valve, and safety circuits. Without it, none of the low-voltage controls will operate.

Installation Guide
- Safety First — Disconnect power at the unit disconnect and verify zero voltage with a multimeter before working.
- Access — Remove the control/electrical access panel to reach the transformer mounting bracket.
- Document — Photograph every primary and secondary lead and which tap is in use before disconnecting.
- Remove — Disconnect the primary and secondary leads, remove the mounting screws and the old barrier/insulator.
- Install — Mount the new transformer with its barrier (1176032), connect the correct primary tap for your incoming voltage, and reconnect the 24V secondary leads per your photo.
- Test — Restore power and confirm 24 VAC at the secondary and normal thermostat/control operation.
