Installation Guide
- Safety First — Disconnect power at the disconnect and breaker, then verify zero voltage at the line terminals with a multimeter.
- Access — Remove the condensing unit's electrical access panel.
- Document — Photograph every wire and terminal position before disconnecting.
- Remove — Transfer the line, load, and 24V coil leads one at a time, then unbolt the old contactor from its bracket.
- Install — Mount the new contactor and reconnect each wire to the matching terminal per your photo.
- Test — Restore power, place a call, and confirm the contactor pulls in cleanly and the compressor and fan run.
