Overview

This is the OEM 2-pole definite purpose contactor for the ICP / Tempstar / Heil RGS180HRCA0AAAA gas furnace and matched condensing equipment. The contactor is an electrically controlled switch that uses a 24V control signal from the thermostat or control board to energize the high-voltage line feeding the compressor or blower motor. ICP supplies this assembly under two ratings — part 1178074 (2P, 30A, 24V) and part 1178211 (2P, 40A, 24V) — verify your existing amp rating before ordering.
