Ordering & Shipping
What time do I need to order for same-day shipping?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST Monday-Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on orders $75 and up. Orders under $75 have a flat rate shipping fee based on package weight and destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to Canada and other countries.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track orders at AfterShip Track.
Parts & Compatibility
How do I find the right part for my unit?
Use our Part Finder Tool - enter your equipment's model number and we'll show you compatible parts. Model numbers are found on the equipment nameplate.
Are your parts OEM or aftermarket?
We primarily stock genuine OEM parts from authorized distributors. Some categories also offer quality aftermarket alternatives clearly labeled as such.
What if I order the wrong part?
No problem! We offer 30-day hassle-free returns on unused parts in original packaging. See our Return Policy for details.

Do you offer contractor/trade pricing?
Yes! Licensed HVAC contractors and businesses qualify for trade pricing with additional discounts. Apply for a Trade Account.
What are the benefits of a trade account?
Trade accounts get: volume discounts, net payment terms (for qualified businesses), dedicated support, and priority order processing.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Parts must be unused and in original packaging. Electrical components (like capacitors and control boards) that have been installed cannot be returned.
Are OEM parts covered by warranty?
Yes, all OEM parts carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty claims are processed through the original equipment manufacturer.
